Women Entrepreneurs Embracing Change:

Hard work, rest, health, and longer-range goals are my words for this “9” year which is all about completion and letting go!

These are my words for this “9” year which is all about Completion and Letting Go!

If you are into numerology, you get what I am talking about. Every year comes with an energetic imprint and it affects each one of us differently according to our birth date.

Now, I don’t need to tell you this – just looking around you, you can tell – that there is tremendous change coming in the world. What does that mean for each one of us though? While I am not qualified to “read” your numbers or tell you about astrology, I can certainly prepare you in loose terms, in how to stay resilient and continue to pursue your dreams. Sharing my adjectives for the year above, I have taken this opportunity to prepare and craft my year, so that I may successfully navigate these upcoming changes.

How can you craft your successful year? The tools I use to live life with added pizazz vary from energy medicine, to neurolinguistic programming, to HeartMath practices. These habits and knowledge has supported me for years! You can find out more about what might stand in your way of living life to it’s fullest too. Furthermore,  I have added a few key elements for your success.

Here’s what I feel this year can mean for you:

In a “9” year, the themes of completion and letting go resonate deeply, urging us to evaluate our journeys so far and make space for new beginnings. For women entrepreneurs, this can be an empowering call to reflect on their business ventures, identifying what serves them well and what might need to transform. It’s a time to accentuate strengths and release what’s holding back progress.

Consider these pivotal aspects while navigating this transformative period:

  1. Self-Reflection and Realignment: Use this time to assess your business goals and personal growth. Are there projects that no longer align with your core mission? Perhaps it’s time to refocus your efforts on what truly matters, ensuring your path resonates with your deepest values and aspirations.
  2. Embrace Her Stories: Historically, women have navigated challenges with resilience and innovation. Tap into this collective wisdom, drawing inspiration from the stories of female pioneers. Their journeys can illuminate your own path as you navigate the complexities of entrepreneurship in a “9” year.
  3. Networking and Community Building: As you let go of outdated strategies, consider strengthening your support network. Engage with other women entrepreneurs, sharing insights and resources. This supportive exchange fosters a nurturing environment where collective growth can flourish.
  4. Health and Well-being as Priorities: This year highlights the importance of balancing ambition with self-care. Prioritize your physical and mental health, ensuring you’re well-equipped to face the demanding yet rewarding journey of entrepreneurship.
  5. Sustainable Innovation: Letting go doesn’t mean discarding everything. It involves innovating sustainably, respecting both the past and the environment. As you explore new opportunities, consider how your business can contribute positively to the world.
  6. Celebrating Milestones: Acknowledge and celebrate your achievements, no matter how small. Recognizing your progress fosters confidence and motivation to continue striving towards long-term goals.

In essence, I feel that the “9” year invites women entrepreneurs to embrace change with courage and clarity. By letting go of what’s no longer beneficial, you pave the way for vibrant new opportunities, crafting a future that aligns with your dreams and ambitions.

Where do your challenges lie and what are some ways that you are embracing this year? I welcome your comments and conversation.
