Online Coaching Membership

As with anything new, fresh knowledge needs repetition, time, and support, in order to be successfully integrated.

I offer a monthly membership on an online platform (Zoom), with weekly scheduled live coaching sessions at scheduled intervals. I will do my best to keep these consistent though sometimes, life happens and I might need to move a session to a different day/time.

In these sessions we meet for almost an hour and you can directly ask questions, get clarification on things we have worked on, and receive personalized guidance. It also helps you to remain accountable in order to continue achieving your desired growth.

Those who have already gone through the 12 Steps to Freedom program with me, will receive 8 weeks of free coaching after completion of the course. If you are brand new to this and are interested in joining this Inner Circle you can tap into a free session with me before you become a member.

The theme in this platform is Freedom from Inner Struggles and Self-Actualization.

We will be focused on clearing the past that is holding us hostage, using tools to escape the clutches of pain, dysregulation, and anxiety, and successfully integrating new tools that provide us daily support. We will be discussing successes, struggles, reaching landmarks, clarifying tools we have worked on, practicing together, experiencing meditations/visualizations and even doing some healing sessions if the group is so inclined.

Often, the support shows up as a group experience and feedback. Other times we might focus on one burning issue that represents the interest of most people in the group that day. We can all benefit from working on each other’s challenges and often get clues on how the point of discussion might help us on our own journey.

  • Supplementary resources such as recommended books, articles, podcasts, or TED Talks that align with the program’s themes. These resources will further expand your’ knowledge and provide ongoing inspiration.

Registration

Please remember that confidentially is paramount in these sessions. Any personal experiences and sensitive discussions should be kept private and not shared outside of this group.

We meet every Tuesday morning, at 8:00 am, Mountain time, over a virtual online platform. The pricing for the coaching membership is just $12 per week/session, billed monthly at $48. You can attend one session, or all. Either way it is a most cost effective way for quality coaching with me, with a savings of $300. Sessions are 55 minutes long.

Once you register your will receive all pertinent information over email, so watch your inbox so you can join us in the next meeting. Please do RSVP for your sessions, This way you will receive a reminder before the session and it makes recordings available to you.

This membership price is offered at a low and comfortable rate in order for you to stay engaged and get the support that you need. You already know the main points, now it is just a matter of continuing to practice and persevere through challenges. The program continues to work for you as you continue to work it.
